Have you ever tried reformer pilates? I LOVE it for my core work, and it definitely gets the glutes too and some stretching. I feel so strong and long and lean after class, and I think it's really helped me stay injury free. It's also a nice change of pace from super intense running. Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
