I get organic produce delivery too and I love...Yum! I get organic produce delivery too and I love it so much! They were going to send me chard, too (it must be in season), but I took it off the list because I had no idea how to prepare it. This looks really good though!<br /><br />I wash my stuff and then put it in my salad spinner and then lay it on paper towels on the counter for about a half hour. That seems to try it pretty well. It's kind of time consuming, but worth it.
